Previous Experiences:
Lansdon has over 17 years of direct experience in consumer product warranties, insurance and service at GE Appliances and Service Net. Prior to forming Service Net in 1996, Mr. Robbins was responsible for GE's extended service contract program and related service offerings. He spent 7 years with GE in various marketing positions including lead analyst of European mergers and acquisitions for GE Appliances, manager of business development for GE Appliances, manager of direct marketing for GE Appliances, manager of business development for GE Consumer Service, and manager of direct marketing for GE Consumer Service.

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of North Carolina
  • Master's degree in business administration from Northwestern University
  • Graduate of GE's Financial Management Program
