Previous Experiences:
Prior to joining Service Net, Kelly held financial and entrepreneur leadership roles
with various privately held companies where he personally effected several acquisitions
and raised hundreds of million dollars in financings. Mr. Duncan started his career
with Deloitte & Touche where he had advanced to the Audit Manager level prior
to leaving public accounting.
Education:
Kelly holds a CPA certificate from the state of Kentucky and received a B.A., cum
laude, in accounting from Kentucky Wesleyan College.
