Service Net Renews Long-Term Relationship with MicroCenter
JEFFERSONVILLE, Ind. — (December, 2009)
— Service Net announces that they have entered a renewed contract for an additional 5 year relationship with MicroCenter Computers & Electronics.
The new contract extends the original partnership that dates back 4 years when MicroCenter and Service Net signed an agreement in 2005 for Service Net to provide underwriting, marketing, and administration for the MicroCenter extended service plans on computer and consumer electronics products.
Service Net and MicroCenter have enjoyed a very successful partnership together over the years. “Service Net has proven to be a great partner for the past four years,” said Eric Schneider, Director of Service Manager for MicroCenter. “Their flexibility and willingness to work with MicroCenter on out-of-the-box service solutions and service processes has allowed our extended service plan programs to experience tremendous growth.”
“Extending our agreement with MicroCenter for another 5 years says a lot about our partnership and both parties’ commitment to continued growth of the program,” explains Chris Smith, president of Service Net. “We are thrilled to secure a long-term agreement with one of the strongest and innovative computer and electronics providers in the country,” added Smith.
The re-signing of MicroCenter adds to a long list of IT and CE focused clients on Service Net’s client roster including companies like Dell, CDW, and New Egg and manufacturers like Sony, Toshiba, and Philips.
