SERVICE NET SELECTED BY SEARS CANADA INC. TO PROVIDE READY REPLACEMENT PLANS
Ready Replacement offers customers an immediate solution for product replacement.
JEFFERSONVILLE, Ind. — (May, 2009)
— Service Net Solutions, LLC, a service management company providing a full range of industry-leading service solutions, announced Sears Canada selected Service Net to manage and administer a replacement plan on a vast selection of Sears products under $400.00. “Ready Replacement” provides unique benefits including an extra year of protection, a gift card that’s quickly loaded for the value of the purchase if the product fails, and the ability use that credit for shopping at Sears Canada.
The Ready Replacement plan, officially launched in March, is available to all Sears Canada customers protecting their product for one additional year after the expiration of the manufacturer’s coverage. The Ready Replacement gift card that comes with the plan covers 100% of their product purchase in addition to applicable taxes.
“We created a unique replacement plan tailored for Sears Canada. Ready Replacement is simple and easy — it provides an extra year of warranty and if your product fails, you’re paid the full value on a gift card, to go shopping back at Sears Canada,” said Dan Tafel, Vice President of Sales for Service Net.
Both companies focus on delivering exceptional customer service to their consumers. Combining Service Net’s creative marketing and claim fulfillment expertise with Sears Canada’s long history of providing quality services, products and solutions will continue to enhance the consumers experience with purchasing their products from Sears.
“It’s a refreshing new approach to service contracts; Ready Replacement allows Sears to engage our customer, provide them a timely replacement solution with superior value. Using the Ready Replacement gift card is a unique approach in the Canadian market that drives measurable brand loyalty” said Peter May of Sears Canada.
Service Net is established as one of the nation’s leading service contract and warranty companies maintaining client partnerships with several of the world’s leading manufacturers and retailers.
